What payment methods do you accept?
We use google check out, they accept all major credit cards.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at orders@gowesco.com and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@gowesco.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@gowesco.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.
What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be Wesco Inc
Return/Exchange Policy
@gowesco Market Place does not accept returns, however we do accept exchanges. Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged for other items sold at @gowesco within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us at orders@gowesco.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt. Buyer pays all shipping on exchanges.

We ship via USPS. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and being shipped USPS.
